This course is for Non-supervisors that need sexual harassment training to meet California's AB 1825 law. This training will take 1 hour to complete.

Companies with 5 or more employees must provide a one-hour mandatory sexual harassment training to all employees that are not supervisors within 30 calendar days after the hire date or within 100 hours worked, whichever occurs first, beginning January 1, 2021, and repeat the training at least once every two years.

Training is also required by all public employers regardless of the number of employees. Cal. Gov Code §12950. AB 2053 amends Cal. Gov Code §12950 to "also include prevention of abusive conduct as a component of the training and education..." Transgender and bullying.
